Welcome to YogaOne
The YogaOne studio on Herbert Terrace is now closed. Preparations are underway to relocate to Railway Terrace in Penarth, we expect to open in February once renovations are complete. If you would like further information please email us and thank you for your patience at this time.
Iyengar Yoga is a detailed and systematic approach to learning the subject of yoga. As such, our classes are run as an entire course, rather than individual classes. This approach offers each pupil a well-rounded experience of the ancient Indian discipline, and enables the practitioner to progress.
If you miss a scheduled class you can generally make it up at another class before the course finishes. This is fully explained in the terms and conditions when booking, please be sure to read them.
Courses run from and to specific dates, which are listed on the timetables. When booking a course, you will choose one class to attend each week. For example you might choose; Monday 19.30 to 19:45 Intro Level, 6 weeks, £54. This would be your weekly class for the duration of the six week course.
Pre-booking a yoga course is essential and pre-payment is required to secure your place on a course. We do not hold bookings without payment.
We offer drop-in classes to students already attending a regular weekly yoga course, if they wish to take an extra yoga class and space is available. Please e-mail to check if space is available before attending.
Our classes are suitable for beginners and those with a general level of experience. Please refer to our class level guide below to see which class will be most suitable for you. Of course, don’t hesitate to ask if you’re unsure.
It’s never too late to start yoga! We have students of all ages attending our classes, All classes are for adults so you must be 16 years or over to attend.
